Apply to become a vendor for Leading Edge Companies, you will need to complete the application on the following page. Once your application is reviewed and you are approved, the following requirements must be met before any work can be performed for Leading Edge Companies, LLC. ALL SHAREHOLDERS OR OWNERS OF THE BUSINESS MUST SIGN ALL DOCUMENTS.
- Complete, read and sign the LEC Vendor Agreement.
- Complete and sign the a W-9 form.
- Errors & Omissions Insurance Policy (AS IS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW) with $1,000,000 coverage limit. Policy changes should not occur until you have been approved as a new Agent.
- Provide a copy of your current Realtor or Appraiser License along with a copy of your current driver’s license.
