Realty Services: Leading Edge Companies will contact an independent agent and coordinate the listing and showing of your property. We will work diligently with the agent to be certain the highest possible offer is obtained for the property in the shortest amount of time. Financing Services: With backgrounds in mortgage and financing, we have built an extensive network of banks and brokers to assist us in the placement of your buyers loan. As you are aware, it is becoming increasingly difficult to qualify borrowers. We have a network of available lenders to choose from. Title Services: With the assistance of the chosen real estate agent and through our network we will arrange title insurance, closing and ultimately track the transaction through funding. |
